  • 3 years as AFIS Supervisor and Site Administrator
  • 9 years as Trainer/Consultant for NEC America
  • Instructed over 600 personnel from 5 Federal, 11 State, 22 County/Regional & 8 Local sites
  • Conducted final system accuracy testing for 3 state systems
  • Conducted international benchmark system testing
